The staff was amazing, always ready to help. The location is perfect, right in front of the gold souk.
The noise from the busy street could be distracting, especially if you prefer a quieter environment for relaxation.

It took us around 30 minutes to reach these iconic spots, which could be a concern for those on a tight schedule. Traffic made taxi rides challenging, especially during peak hours, but the hotel's early taxi arrangements were a nice touch. The electric kettle in the room was appreciated for late-night tea. The hotel's location near the gold souk was a plus, yet the bustling street contributed to some noise. The stay was comfortable with a few areas that could enhance the experience.

Appreciated the place, had a fantastic stay during my nights stay. I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, satellite television, climate control and an individual safe. Bidet in the private bathroom was a plus. The staff was very nice all day long. Everything was simply spotless.
